Message from the President
Hello Bowman Community!
Thank you for allowing me to serve as our PTA president for the 2023-2024 school year. The goal of the Bowman PTA is to help build an inclusive and close-knit community, committed to supporting our students, teachers and staff. The Bowman PTA works with our campus administration to provide programs, fun social activities, teacher support, and communication with PTA members.
The role of the PTA in our schools is to partner with our families, teachers and staff to be a voice for every child on campus and to make every child’s potential a reality. Membership in your local campus PTA makes you a part of the larger Texas and National PTA organizations who support education through advocacy for our students.
Annual membership in the PTA allows you to stay informed about what is going on at our Bowman campus. As a PTA we strive to help parents and students stay informed through the PTA website, Facebook, twitter and Remind.
Volunteering is NOT a requirement of membership. However, we love our volunteers and provide opportunities for involvement to fit any schedule. Membership is open to everyone! Students, parents, grandparents, teachers, friends and community members are all invited to join.
