Dear Bowman Supporter,
We are writing to you on behalf of the Bowman Middle School PTA to request a donation of a service or item for our annual silent auction. In order to raise funds for our school, Bowman Middle School, the PTA has an auction each year. Money raised directly benefits our students! Our PTA funds school programs, educational supplies for the classrooms, equipment for the school, after school PTA-sponsored events and class parties. In order to make our largest fundraiser of the school year successful, we rely on donations of services and merchandise from businesses and restaurants. We also solicit sponsorships for the auction. Not only does your donation benefit our school, but your business as well. This is a fantastic product
placement and advertisement opportunity for promoting your business. All contributions will receive acknowledgement and donors will get a lot of visibility for their donation.
Our annual Bowman PTA Auction will begin this year online on February 18th through February 22nd, 2019, ending with a live auction on Monday, March 4, 2019 at our school’s Open House. All proceeds will go directly to Bowman
Middle School PTA. If you have given your support in the past, we thank you for your generosity and would like to ask for your support again. If you are donating for the first time we would greatly appreciate any item, service or monetary donation that you could contribute to this event.
